To ensure proper delivery of your package on time as we have advertised, kindly ensure that you provide us with accurate and up to date details that include correct address and all required information. It is critical to use the correct abbreviations, apartment or building numbers, street numbers and route details (as appropriate) to ensure your package is timely delivered. We are not accountable for missing, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments as a result of you providing inaccurate information while placing your orders.

ORDER ‏PROCESSING 

‏We acknowledge the importance of your orders; we endeavor to delivering them as fast as possible. We normally ship orders same day of placement or the next working day. Orders placed on Saturdays during the afternoon and on Sundays are shipped on Monday.

‏SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIME

‏Local shipping takes 3-5 normal working days while international shipping takes approximate 10-15 business days

‏TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT 

‏We will send you an email notification immediately on successful processing and shipment of your order. The email will contain the shipping information and order tracking number. When you receive this number, allow for 24-48 hours and check your tracking details to confirm if they show up on the USPS website. Incase you experience problems with tracking your package using the tracking number, please get in touch with USPS right away.

‏RETURNS & REFUNDS

Note: FreshEye.US does not accept liability to packages that have been declared delivered by the carrier. We do not give refunds or credits for orders that the carrier declares as being successfully delivered. 

‏If your package is returned as a result of inaccurate details on your address, uncollected package, refused package, you will bear the initial shipping charges. This amount is automatically subtracted from your order. No exemptions! 

Refunds normally take between 2-5 working days ‏ to clear and 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect to your account depending of your financial organization.

‏ORDER CANCELLATION & CHANGES

‏Once orders are placed and finalized, they are not supposed to be revised. Cancellation of orders requests will be considered. This is due to fast processing and shipping of placed orders. Order processing commences immediately after order conformation through email, your order cannot be cancelled at this point. Once you receive your items, you can return them back to us and get your refund as long as the package is not opened or used.
